APLINK MRX72e joins the new generation of High Resolution Inkjet printers from United Barcode Systems. It represents the renewal of an iconic printer.
The MRX72e builds upon the proven MRX high resolution case coding and product marking foundation with the addition of new features and capabilities that elevate this printer to the head of its class.
7” or 10” HMI DISPLAY
Full color touch screen displaying all the necessary information. Allows to control all printer parameters in a simple and agile way.
For added versatility, it is possible to remove the display from the printer’s body and place it anywhere on the production line.
VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL PRINTING
Printhead can be rotated and positioned to suit production line needs.
BOTTLE AUTODETECTION
Bottle detection to prevent printhead damage (ink type and color change warnings, ink expiry warning, remaining ink level visible on screen, etc.).
HIGH PRINT SPEEDS
Maximum speed of 110 m/min and printing capacity up to 4 prints/second.
MULTIPLE UNIT OPERATION
One 10” controller can operate up to 4 printheads independently.
With the addition of the optional UBS UVLED 7225 module, the MRX72e can print High Resolution images with instant curing ink on any surface, greatly expanding the printer’s marking and coding capabilities.
The UVLED can work in completely integrated mode, driven by the MRX72e controller. Or it can be operated independently.
