APLINK HRX Series is United Barcode Systems’ new generation of high-resolution GrayScale inkjet printers, designed to improve coding performance on porous and non-porous surfaces.
The HRX combines the robust reliability of earlier generations of UBS Aplink printers with an array of new features that provide enhanced operational flexibility and print quality to meet the most demanding case coding and high-resolution printing applications.
7” or 10” HMI DISPLAY
For greater operational control and flexibility, it is possible to remove the controller from the printer’s body and place it anywhere on the production line.
HIGH RESOLUTION
Multichannel vertical resolution management and up to 1440dpi of horizontal resolution for a higher contrast.
FLEX INTEGRATION SYSTEM
Innovative design that allows the head to rotate on its 3 axes to print in SIDE, TOP or TILT position (from 0º to 90º) fast and easy.
HR LINK
Control any parameter of the printer thanks to HR Link Communication Protocol, manageable through the user interface.
BOTTLE AUTODETECTION
APLINK HRX Series is self-configures according to the ink inserted, preventing errors and ensuring the best possible print quality.
CONTRAST PER ELEMENT
Regulates the contrast applied to each element, making it possible to highlight some areas of the message more than others.
With the addition of the optional UBS UVLED 7225 module, the HRX can print High Resolution images with instant curing ink on any surface, greatly expanding the printer’s marking and coding capabilities.
The UVLED can work in completely integrated mode, driven by the HRX HMI. Or it can be operated independently.
