Tigerpak is pleased to announce the availability of the new Linx 8940 Spectrum printer, which takes printing with hard pigmented inks to an entirely new level. This printer includes unique new features that enhance efficiency and reliability by overcoming the challenges that are inherent in pigmented ink printing. The proprietary Linx PureFlow filtration system and Vortex dispersant system, combined with the Linx AutoFlush head cleaning system, work together to greatly reduce the need for routine head cleaning, while allowing for trouble free startup following extended printer shutdown for periods as long as 30 days.
Spectrum high contrast inks, available in White, Blue, and Grey, can be printed at speeds up to 10m/min. The printer includes all the excellent features that are common to the Linx 8900 series, such as: convenient and mess-free cartridge loading system; simple and intuitive user interface; and simple service module replacement with a best-in-class 12-month/8000hr service interval.
